I have always had a deep passion for helping others build healthier relationships with food and find balance in their lives. Like many, I’ve faced my own struggles when it comes to balancing nutrition, self-care, and the pressures of everyday life. Over the years, I’ve learned that true wellness isn’t about perfection—it’s about finding what works for you and feeling empowered along the way.
